The big story overnight was France winning the World Cup final 4-2, but it was after their penalty goal that player Antoine Griezmann used the most savage brutal Fortnite emote that features in the game.
He used the emote ‘Take The L’ which is generally used when you’ve just taken out an opponent and they get pushed to being forced to watch your screen. It’s literally where the player puts their hands in the shape of an L, hands on their crotch and dances around like there’s no tomorrow.
Whilst I’m not surprised to see a Fortnite emote in a soccer game (although this is the World Cup final), it was a little surprising to see it in such a crucial moment.
