After the two-tone reveal of the DualSense controller, it wasn’t clear if the same colour scheme would roll out for the console. After today, we know that the console is two-tone as well as all of the accessories as well.
BossLogic has worked his magic and given both the PS5 console and the DualSense controller a makeover in the standard black console colour and I have to say it looks a lot better.

I don’t necessarily not like the design of the PS5 consoles, but the fact that it’s white in part definitely means that the curves and edges stand out a lot more. Similarly, it’s going to stand out in my very open black entertainment unit.
I don’t suspect we’ll see a black PS5 unit at launch, but I don’t doubt we’ll see one down the track. I guess you have to applaud Sony for going against the norm.
