After teasing its reveal yesterday, Ubisoft has announced Tom Clancy’s XDefiant which is a free-to-play FPS game that focuses on 6v6 arena combat.
The game includes classes from popular Tom Clancy games such as Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon and The Division and will continue to be evolved upon as time goes on. Players are able to choose between faction, trait, abilities and ultras and then also between primary and secondary weapons and attachment. These can all be tweaked on the fly even after respawning.
Tom Clancy’s XDefiant will release on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4 and PC later this year with a initial beta taking place on August 5th.
