Swedish indie publishing powerhouse, Thunderful, had its inaugural Thunderful World livestream presentation this week with plenty of announcements for new titles, updates on previously announced games as well as new homes for already-released ones.
The event was even hosted by none other than Mark Hamill!

The biggest announcement of the show – the next game in the SteamWorld series! The robotic western saga gets its very first 3D entry in this co-op action adventure that follows on from the events of SteamWorld Dig 2. The teaser trailer shows very little, but it’s hard to not get excited. No release date or platform confirmations on this one just yet.
Image & Form’s stunning, slimy sci-fi adventure gets a brand-new look – and a release date! The game will take players on a journey in a beautiful planet taken over by a nasty parasitic substance. The Gunk is coming very soon, hitting Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC via Game Pass on December 16, 2021.
A black-and-white side-scrolling adventure in a steampunk world ruled over by sinister rats. This one’s coming to PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC on December 7, 2021!
Togges is a 3D puzzle-platformer starring a Roomba-like robot in a colourful and magical world. It’s coming to PC and consoles in 2022.
Out now on Stadia of all things, Wavetale is a stylised, aquatic adventure with high-flying acrobatics and an incredibly gorgeous and mysterious world. The game will also come to PC and console platforms in the future.
