Square Enix and People Can Fly have dropped a huge update for the live service co-operative action RPG, Outriders, addressing a ton of player feedback that’s come through since the game launched in April this year.
Dubbed New Horizon, the update makes a number of changes to enhance both the moment-to-moment gameplay in Outriders as well as expanding and improving its endgame content.
From the removal of expedition timers to gear farming improvements, quality of life updates and even a new transmog system (finally) with absolutely no limits or costs associated, there’s a heap here to get excited about if you’re still playing the game or eventually fell off. There are also four new expeditions to get stuck into!

People Can Fly is also teasing a huge new expansion for the game, titled Worldslayer, coming in 2022. You can see a teaser for it in the trailer below:
Outriders is out now for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC and is available through Xbox Game Pass on Xbox and PC at no additional cost!
