Activision appear to be doing things a little bit differently this year. There hasn’t been any kind of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 reveal event, but the company has announced that the game will launch on October 28th alongside reveal of the artwork this morning.
There’s really not a lot of other information at the moment but we’d be expecting that a reveal will be coming in the next few weeks and it’s expected that the game will launch on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. It’s important to note that this is a sequel to the 2019 Modern Warfare and not a remake/remaster of the 2009 Modern Warfare 2.
