Deep Silver Dambuster has dropped a massive new gameplay trailer for it’s upcoming ultra-violent pulp zombie slaying game, Dead Island 2.
The nearly 15-minute video gives us a look at one of the game’s playable characters, Dani, as she makes her way through the streets of Beverly Hills and Bel-Air in the game’s zombie-infested take on Los Angeles.
In it, you’ll see up close just how detailed and gory the studio’s in-house F.L.E.S.H. system is, as well as get a feel for how crafting weapon modifications and ability-enhancing Skill Cards will allow players to tailor their playstyle, as Dani faces down all manner of undead types on her way to the Halperin Hotel.

Dead Island 2 is set to launch on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC on its new release date of April 21st. The cheapest copy is $74.90 for the regular edition and $144 for the Collector’s Edition.
