Take-Two announced the Grand Theft Auto release window overnight, but that wasn’t its only major announcement with the company also confirming that it would be making a massive announcement at Summer Games Fest in just three weeks time.
Posted across the Summer Game Fest Twitter account it was confirmed that “2K plans to reveal the next iteration in one of 2K’s biggest and most beloved franchises at @SummerGameFest“.

Obviously, this could be interpreted in a number of ways, and 2K has a number of beloved franchises including BioShock, Mafia and Borderlands to name a few.
The most likely is seemingly Bioshock which we got confirmation was in development almost five years ago now and don’t know anything about, but we’d take any of the three at this point. We do know that it’s being developed by a new studio called Cloud Chamber.
