Rocksteady has announced that the current Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League season will be the last.
Season 4: Episode 7 drops tomorrow bringing Deathstroke as the latest player character, with Episode 8 releasing in January and that will be the last piece of new content for the game.
Whilst the servers will stay online, Rocksteady is also introducing an offline mode this week that will allow the main story campaign and all post-launch season content to be played without an internet connection.
Those that want to access this will need to create a new offline mode profile either by copying an existing onlnie profile across or starting a brand new one. You will then be forced to choose whether you play in online mode or offline mode as the progression will not go between the two.
Whilst Suicide Squad obviously wasn’t a major success, it’s good to see Rocksteady seeing through its content plan and introducing an offline mode for future use.
