This probably isn’t the first article you’ve read about Harley Quinn this week.The Suicide Squad hype remains in full form, weeks after the major motion film’s release and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and NetherRealm Studios are cashing in on the notoriety of DC’s offbeat IP. The publisher and development team, respectively, are introducing two prominent supervillains, Harley Quinn and Deadshot, to their upcoming arcade-style fighting game, Injustice 2, slated for release on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in 2017 (read more here).
According to the developers, Harley Quinn will return to the Injustice franchise with her signature bad attitude and a few new tricks up her sleeve. Deadshot, however, will be making his console debut in the series and the expert marksman is sure to add a new dynamic to what is already shaping up to be a successful follow up to 2013’s Injustice: Gods Among Us.
