Microsoft has revealed the release date for Microsoft Flight Simulator and it’s coming on August 18th which includes a release on the PC version of Xbox Game Pass.
There will be three versions of the game, but it’s important to mention that all airports will be in the standard version of the game, you’re just paying more for the premium, more detailed versions of certain airports in the Deluxe/Premium versions (which are $139.95 and $179.95) respectively. Sydney is the Australian airport of choice when it comes to that premium build of an Airport (with more detail). That’ll be included in the standard edition of the game thankfully.
The game looks absolutely gorgeous. For those that don’t know, you can literally fly anywhere in the world and to almost any airport in the world (there’s said to be over 40,000 in the game). The game includes dynamic weather and a day and night engine.
Here are the additional airports and planes that you get in the Deluxe and Premium Editions.
