Previously pushed back alongside the delay of the film it ties in with, Microsoft Flight Simulator’s Top Gun: Maverick expansion now has a new release date of May 25, 2022. The DLC was originally teased at last year’s Xbox and Bethesda Showcase alongside the reveal of the game’s Xbox port, but was delayed when Paramount Pictures postponed the new Top Gun film.

Xbox and developer Asobo Studio have yet to describe exactly what the new content entails, but we’ll seemingly find out soon enough. In the meantime, there’s a nifty promotional website set up where you can use your camera and answer a few questions to nab your own helmet and call sign. Hopefully you’ll look better than I do:
