This morning’s Xbox + Bethesda Showcase opened with our first proper look at gameplay for Redfall, which was most recently bumped from releasing this year and delayed into 2023.
The trailer opened with a brief vertical slice within a church that leads to a bit of combat in the loft attic of the building before transitioning into a more general montage of action and exposition, explaining what exactly Redfall is all about.
We got a good look at the gunplay itself, which does look very in line with other things Arkane’s studios have worked on, as well as the power systems you’ll leverage against a townful of vampires.
Redfall is expected to launch in 2023 for Xbox Series X/S and PC. It’s obviously coming to Xbox Game Pass, also.
