PlayStation has today announced that it will suspend all console/game shipments, the launch of Gran Turismo 7 and operations of the PlayStation Store in Russia. This is due to the ongoing invasion of Ukraine by Russian forces.
Further to this, PlayStation has also announced a US $2 million dollar donation to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the international NGO, Save the Children to support the victims of the current war.
This follows in the footsteps of the likes of other big companies such as McDonalds and Netflix that have pulled their services from Russia.
