PlayStation has announced the dates and activity for Black Friday 2023 (make sure to bookmark our dedicated Bargain Hub), stopping short of revealing any actual deals but at least giving us a look at the dates. The whole thing kicks off very soon on Friday, November 17th and runs through to November 27th for certain sales.
Those looking for the best deals on physical hardware, accessories or games should have an eye on Amazon’s Black Friday sale page right here, as we’d expect the PlayStation deals to start on Friday, November 17th.

What’s in the PlayStation Black Friday Sale?
We don’t yet know what deals are going to be in the sale when it comes to physical retailers, though we expect the usual console, controller and game discounts from the likes of Amazon, JB Hi-Fi, EB Games and so on. It’s fairly likely we’ll see some discounting on PS5 consoles given the slimmer model is around the corner, and PS VR2s and DualSense controllers will probably also go on sale.

Will There Be A PlayStation Plus Discount For Black Friday?
Yes! PlayStation has revealed that players who join PlayStation Plus during the Black Friday sales November 17th – 27th can save up to 30% on 12-month membership plans. Current PlayStation Plus members can save 25% when upgrading a current plan to PlayStation Plus Extra, or save 30% when upgrading to PlayStation Plus Premium/Deluxe.

PlayStation has announced that discounts are also headed to the PlayStation Store for Black Friday. Starting November 17th – 27th, you’ll be able to grab deals on PS5 and PS4 games, including hit titles like EA Sports FC 24, NBA 2K24, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, and much more.
