I feel like we’ve got Aussie gaming price wars beyond what we’ve seen in the past 5 years, with the likes of Big W, Target and Harvey Norman all coming to the table and beating each other with the hottest releases this week.
Both Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Sonic X Shadow Generations dropped price several time this week, with Harvey Norman coming in on launch day and beating the competition.
Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 has fallen pretty spectacularly down to $75 on all platforms (PS5/PS4/Xbox Series X|S/Xbox One) which is $35 off RRP.
Sonic x Shadow Generation is is down to $58 on all platforms (PS5, PS4, Switch, Xbox Series X|S, XBox One) which is $22 off the RRP.
We’ve got a few early tips on game prices for major releases over the next few weeks too and it’s very clear that retailers are back in the gaming space.
