Fans waited with bated breath for news of the future of The Legend of Zelda franchise streamed via Nintendo’s E3 stream, and were not let down with the long-anticipated reveal of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Having been long speculated upon, and info and images released along the way, Nintendo finally announced the title through their online stream to the world, with a video introduced by Reggie Fils-Aime himself.

The video showcased wide and sprawling environments, climbing elements, puzzle solving and swimming and even magical elements to a wonderful soundtrack very reminiscent of the series itself.
