Assassins Creed 4 Season Pass and DLC Detailed

With Assassins Creed 4 on the horizon,  it was only a matter of time before we got some more details on the inevitable season pass. The season pass will be available on launch for the games respective systems, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4 and PC for $19.99 and will contain these pieces of DLC. However, it looks like the Wii-U version will be missing out on the action.

The biggest piece of content seems to be Freedom Cry. A self contained story built around Edward Kenways first mate Adewale that takes place over nine missions. Then you have the Kraken Ship Pack, which is exclusive to the season pass which includes more single player missions, weapons, skins, collectables and some extra customisation for the Jackdaw. Then you have some multiplayer content in the form of extra characters.

All of this is planned to be rolled out before March 2014. Looks like you will have plenty of content to keep you busy after the main campaign, and I don’t think it’s too crazy to expect some more multiplayer DLC once the season pass is over in the form of maps, but who knows. That’s just speculation at this point.

Assassins Creed 4: Black Flag is available from October 29th on the PS3 and Xbox 360, then further down the track on November 21st for Xbox One, PS4, PC and Wii-U.
