A press release from the ANZ branch of EA has announced the release of Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare on the PlayStation 3 and 4 consoles.
“PopCap Games, a division of Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: EA), today announced Plants vs. Zombies™ Garden Warfare will be available August 21 in Australia and August 22 in New Zealand for both PlayStation®4 and the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system. More than one million players have already enjoyed playing this best-in-class multiplayer shooter that combines the power of the Frostbite™ 3 engine with the fresh humor of the popular Plants vs. Zombies franchise”
The multiplayer shooter was exclusive to the Xbox brand when it released. A PC date of late June has also been announced.
