Alien: Blackout Is A Survival Horror Mobile Game

A few days ago, we posted about the fact that it looked like a new Alien game was about to be announced. Well, we weren’t wrong, but it is a mobile game. 

Alien: Blackout is a survival horror mobile game that has you exploring a space station, whilst trying to avoid Xenomorphs. It’s coming to both iOS and Android.

It does sound incredibly similar to Isolation, which is probably the only reason why I’m a tad disappointed that it’s a mobile game. In the game you’ll need to use a map and motion sensors to get your crew to safety.

Here’s the official blurb about the game:

“The terror of Alien is brought to life in ‘Alien: Blackout.’ Try to stay alive while trapped aboard a crippled Weyland-Yutani space station carrying a deadly Xenomorph as it tirelessly hunts you and the crew. Outsmart the perfect hunter by making perilous choices. Players must rely on the damaged controls of the space station or risk sacrificing crew members to avoid deadly contact, permanently altering the outcome of the game.”
