Fortnite is slowly revealing new details around its Big Bang live in-game event, which is set to go off in early December and will supposedly mark “a new beginning” for the game, and now it’s revealed the star who’ll be at the centre of it all – Eminem.
That’s right, Slim Shady himself, the Marshall Mathers, has found a way to stay relevant to the pre-teen market by hopping into Fortnite for the special event. It all goes down on Sunday, December 3rd at the ripe time of 6AM AEDT.

HOW TO JOIN THE FORTNITE BIG BANG EVENT
- The Big Bang is a Fortnite event starting Sunday, December 3rd, 2023, at 6AM AEDT. The experience will be available in the Battle Royale tile in Discover 30 minutes prior, so you can jump in before the event starts to gear up with any of your cosmetics.
- Invite your friends: the event supports parties of up to four players!
- Won’t be near a dedicated gaming device during the event? The Xbox Cloud Gaming, NVIDIA GeForce NOW, and Amazon Luna services let you play Fortnite via cloud streaming on your computer or mobile device!
Of course, with Eminem making his appearance in the game, players will naturally be able to pick up a series of in-game skins and gear based on the iconic artist. New Rap Boy, Slim Shady, and Marshall Never More Outfits (and matching accessories) will become available in the game’s Item Shop starting Thursday, November 30th.
Those who attend The Big Bang live and purchase the Marshall Never More Outfit either before or after attending will also be able to unlock a special Marshall Magma style for the outfit.
