Hideo Kojima’s OD Has Been Officially Revealed And It’s A Collaboration With Jordan Peele

This is going to be special.

Today’s stacked The Game Awards event has brought with it plenty of accolades, updates, first looks and surprise reveals, awarding some of this year’s best and most exciting games and studios while setting up an exciting future to come.

Fans of the one and only Hideo Kojima finally got their first look at the celebrated creator’s next title, OD, which will feature talent the likes of Hunter Schafer and Sophia Lillis. Kojima himself took to the stage to introduce the game, saying it’s part-game, part-movie and “a new form of media,” and it also involves a collaboration with none other than Get Out and Nope director, Jordan Peele.

Kojima says he’s also working with a wider team of legendary creators on the game, who he calls “The Avengers.”

OD is being made in conjunction with Xbox and its cloud gaming technology and will be coming to Xbox Game Pass.
