Here’s All The Star Wars Activity Coming To Fortnite For May The Fourth

So much stuff!

After teasing some May the Fourth celebrations just recently, Fortnite has revealed the full extent of its Star Wars activity for the coming days and weeks and it’s a huge amount of fun additions for fans to get stuck into no matter which mode of Fortnite they enjoy most.

Battle Royale, LEGO Fortnite, Fortnite Festival and Rocket Racing players are all getting something, with a lot of it crossing over between modes as well, and there are a few exciting returning items to boot. Here’s what’s on the way starting May 3rd/4th with the release of v29.40:

LEGO Fortnite x Star Wars

LEGO Fortnite players can look forward to a whole Star Wars-themed adventure to play through as well as the addition of Lightsabers, Macrobinoculars, Bowcasters, DL-44 Blasters, E-11 Blasters, and Thermal Detonators to the game, as well as a new Rebel Adventure LEGO Pass to work through which features rewards like builds and decor including the Mos Eisley Marketplace and Dusty Durrr Burger, and a new Chewbacca Outfit.

A heap more Fortnite outfits are also receiving their equivalent LEGO looks including Star Wars icons like Darth Vader and the Mandalorian.

You can see a trailer for the very cool-looking Rebel Adventure below:

For the Battle Royale mode, players can look forward to meeting Chewbacca at a new Imperial Roadblock which will appear in random positions in each match, and he’ll follow them into battle with his Bowcaster should they liberate him.

You’ll also be able to use the Wookiee Bowcaster for yourself either after rescuing Chewie or finding one inside Imperial Chests at Imperial Roadblocks across the Island. It’s not the only Star Wars weapon you can wield either, with Darth Vader and his Stormtroopers returning to the Island and offering up their weapons to players who manage to defeat them in battle.
