EB Games has revealed a new limited time trade-in promotion offering increased trade prices for EB World members that runs between now and May, and it’s also beginning to advertise a “Best Trade Price” guarantee that will essentially see it beat out the trade values that customers find at other retailers and traders (naturally the likes of JB Hi-Fi, CEX, Cash Converters).
The announcement is fairly light on specifics like how much EB will beat other stores’ trade prices by, and what exclusions exist other than it obviously not matching or beating online/private traders, but it seems like a good way for customers to ensure they’re getting the most value by trading with EB.
And alongside the launch of this initiative, between now and May 26th EB World members can get anywhere between 15% and 25% extra trade value on their games depending on how many items they trade in. The added values are as listed:
