Aspyr’s been busy lately. Hot off the heels of its remastered Tomb Raider trilogy, it’s just announced another exciting remastered/enhanced release of an iconic classic with Star Wars: Bounty Hunter.
This new version of the 2002 PS2 and GameCube game is launching quite soon on August 1st and will be coming to PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Switch and PC for around $30 AUD.
Bounty Hunter’s modern release will bring visual enhancements such as improved environmental textures and new dynamic lighting effects, give players a new flashlight tool for navigating dark places, DualSense features in the PS5 version of the game, and more.
As a special treat, players will be able to unlock a new Boba Fett skin on completing the game and use it for subsequent playthroughs – a feature that was actually teased in the original version of the game but never actually implemented at the time, giving this a bit of payoff for anyone who spent the time to 100% the original and got nothing.
