Arc System Works and YUKE’S have revealed an exciting new project for fans of the “belt-scrolling” arcade beat ’em up series, Double Dragon, with the announcement of Double Dragon Revive – a remaster/reboot/remake of sorts of the original game headed to PC and consoles next year,

The announce comes by way of a debut trailer, which gives us a very slight idea of how the experience is being translated to 3D, and in particular how it’ll look. With YUKE’S, the folks responsible for many a wrasslin’ game leading the effort, there’s hope for this to be a worthwhile return to an 80s and 90s staple.
