After revealing some new Fortnite sets yesterday, the LEGO gaming train continues on and this time we’re talking about building The Ultimate Lifeform.
Yes, a new Shadow the Hedgehog set is on the way, and breaking away from the recent, play-based and Brickheadz Sonic the Hedgehog sets it’s the second “traditional” LEGO Sonic set after 2022’s LEGO Ideas Green Hill Zone.
Sadly though, while LEGO Shadow the Hedgehog will allow fans to build the scowling visage of everyone’s favourite Edge-hog, that’s as far as this one goes – representing only a gallery-style head sculpt of Shadow, complete with name plaque and all. The 720-piece set is based on the character a la Sonic Adventure 2 and measures at 20cm tall including the stand, so it’s not a huge piece.
The set is due to release on October 1st for $99.99 and pre-orders are live now on the official LEGO online store. You can find it here.
