Nintendo released the first Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase just moments ago. The whole eight minute video dropped onto YouTube (and wasn’t streamed as usual). It only had a small handful of announcements and definitely wasn’t what we’re used to in a Direct. We’ve rounded up below. You can watch the whole Direct or we’ve pointed to the specific part of the Direct below each announcement.
CADENCE OF HYRULE IS GETTING NEW DLC AND A RETAIL EDITION
Three DLC packs are coming to Cadence of Hyrule. The first will be a character pack featuring Impa, Aria, Shadow Link, Shadow Zelda and Frederick and will be available today.
The second will be a melody pack featuring 39 songs and the third DLC pack will be called Symphony of the Mask and will let you play as a Skull Kid.
A retail version of the game including all three DLC packs will release on October 23rd for Nintendo Switch.
SHIN MEGAMI TENSEI V ANNOUNCED
Shin Megami Tensei fans can finally rejoice. The game was finally announced and it was confirmed that it will release simultaneously across the whole world at some point in 2021.
A SHIN MEGAMI TENSEI 3 REMASTER IS COMING
A remaster of Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne is coming and it’s called Shin Megami Tensei III Nocture HD. It will be releasing in Spring 2021.
WWE 2K BATTLEGROUNDS GOT SWITCH GAMEPLAY
We already knew that the game was coming to Nintendo Switch but we got to see our first gameplay for WWE 2K Battlegrounds, which you can watch below. The game releases on September 17th.
ROGUE COMPANY IS COMING TO NINTENDO SWITCH
We got another look at Rogue Company for Nintendo Switch. More info is said to be coming on this one later today.
