A Bunch Of New Sonic Games Have Been Revealed

If there haven’t already been enough announcements for you over the last 24-48 hours, a Sonic stream announced that a bunch of Sonic projects are in the works.


A brand new Sonic team game, which is said to be the most ambitious yet is launching in 2022 for all platforms. We got a smaller teaser and some data revealed that it could be called Sonic Rangers, but we don’t know much outside of that.

Sonic Colours: Ultimate Is A Thing

Sonic Colours: Ultimate is a remaster of the 2010 platformer coming to PS4, Switch and Xbox One on September 7th. It’s getting a physical edition including a baby Sonic keychain and other bonus items.

Sonic Origins Is A New Collection

Sonic Origins is releasing next year and it includes Sonic The Hedgehog 1, 2, Sonic 3 and Sonic 3 & Knuckles as well as Sonic CD. It’ll be out next year.

Sonic Is Coming To A Bunch Of Other Games

If these three Sonic games weren’t enough for you, Sonic is also invading a number of SEGA games. This includes Olympic Games Tokyo 2020, which will see a nightmarish Sonic take part in 18 events, a bunch of Sonic items are coming to Two Point Hospital as well.
