Nintendo has announced that Wave Race 64 will join Nintendo Switch Online on August 19th. This will be downloadable for those who have the Expansion Pass.
Wave Race was one of the most iconic Nintendo 64 games to launch on the system. Just that soundtrack alone in the trailer below was enough to take me back to my childhood days.
Nintendo hasn’t really detailed its plans for Nintendo 64 on Nintendo Switch Online, but it’s good to see that they’re continuing their one game a month drop.
The Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack is $60 AUD a year, above the $30 a year price point that it costs for the regular Nintendo Switch Online. You get inclusions such as the recently release Mario Kart 8 Deluxe booster pack and Animal Crossing Happy Home Paradise DLC.
