On the eve of TGS, both Nintendo and PlayStation are holding their respective Nintendo Direct and State of Play streams. Nintendo will be going first tonight and then PlayStation first thing tomorrow morning.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE SEPTEMBER NINTENDO DIRECT
Whilst we don’t know what to expect, leakers seems to think that the Wind Waker/Twilight Princess HD remasters will be announced for this holiday as well as the Metroid Prime Remaster/Remake. It’s also been said that a new Fire Emblem game as well as It Takes Two are also likely to be announced for the console, with a Breath of the Wild 2 title also potentially going to be revealed.
PlayStation has said that it will updates and reveals from Japanese partners as well as a few surprises from other developers around the world. Given the Silent Hill rumours have been around for the last few years now, we’d be absolutely shocked if a new Silent Hill isn’t announced (but how many times have we said that now). Outside of that, we have absolutely no idea what will be shown.
If you’re wanting to head to bed early tonight and sleep in tomorrow, we’ll have round-ups for you as they happen.
