Dropping the news just 24 hours ahead of time, Nintendo revealed that it would be joining in on the June gaming showcase season after all with the reveal that a 40-minute Nintendo Direct is happening tonight. Or, kind of technically tomorrow depending on who you ask and which time zone they live in, but that’s neither here nor there – we’re on Nintendo Direct time now!
So far, all we really know about the upcoming Direct presentation is that it’ll run for around 40 minutes, focus primarily on games coming to Nintendo Switch this year, and will definitely include new details on Pikmin 4. If I was a betting person (never let me become a betting person), I’d say we’ll get the news of a Pikmin 4 demo dropping immediately or at least ahead of its release in a month.
If you’re keen to get watching as it happens, the Nintendo Direct is kicking off at midnight tonight June 21st/22nd AEST.
