Nintendo held a stacked, 40-minute new Nintendo Direct presentation overnight that gave us new looks at a heap of games coming towards the end of this year and early next year, as well as some brand-new announcements and surprises.

One of the bigger reveals during the showcase, maybe not necessarily a surprise after all of the recent leaks and rumours but certainly still interesting news, was the reveal of F-Zero 99, which is another in Nintendo’s line of Nintendo Switch Online-exclusive online battle royale titles.
