Following on from last week’s rumour, where it was suggested that a new Star Fox game could be released this year alongside a remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, NateTheHate added more fuel to the fire when answering questions on X.
It was in response to a question about the nature of the expected Star Fox announcement that the reliable leaker clarified: “I said Star Fox will be announced this month via Nintendo Today or Twitter.”
NateTheHate’s track record for industry leaks is obviously quite sound, so there could be reasonable cause to take this news as legitimate. In addition to this, Nintendo has pivoted to reserving announcements for their Nintendo Today app.
Adding even more fuel to the speculation fires is the fact that Fox McCloud appeared in the recently released Super Mario Galaxy Movie, voiced by Glen Powell.
