Another exciting announcement from BlizzCon this morning; World of Warcraft’s 7th expansion: Battle for Azeroth. The new expansion will bump the level cap, add new explorable zones to Azeroth and most importantly, focus more heavily on the age-old rivalry between the Alliance and the Horde. NEW PLAYABLE RACES
Experience Azeroth as one of Battle for Azeroth’s new six playable Allied Races. Earn the respect of the Nightborne, Void Elf, High Mountain Tauren, Lightforged Draenei, Zandalari Trolls and Dark Iron Dwarves and you’ll unlock the ability to create new prestige characters of that race (read more here).
NEW ZONES
In this new chapter of the epic war saga, players will be invited to explore two new continents; Kul Tiras as a hero of the Alliance and Zandalar for the Horde. You’ll also be able to set sail for uncharted islands groups of three, where you’ll battle cunning rivals and enemy players for the island’s valuable resources.
NEW PvE MODE
The expansion will additionally introduce a brand new PvE mode, called Warfronts. In this RTS inspired mode, players take part in an epic 20 player cooperative battle in pursuit of a key strategic location.
EXTRAS
Battle for Azeroth will also feature a collection of brand new dungeons and raids, the ability to boost your character to level 110 (previously limited to level 100) and of course, an increased level cap from 110 to 120.
