Earlier this week we chatted with the Studio Head at Vicarious Visions, Jen Oneal, about the upcoming launch of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 & 2, remastered in stunning 4K and HDR for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
We asked Jen about the soundtrack for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 & 2 and she confirmed that some titles would be missing. This looks to be confirmed after Vicarious Visions published an official Spotify playlist for the titles, which you can listen to HERE
Kotaku confirmed that five songs won’t be making their comeback in the game. These include:
- Cyco Vision by Suicidal Tendencies
- Committed by Unsane
- Bring the Noise by Anthrax & Public Enemy
- B-Boy Document ’99 by The High & Mighty
- Out With The Old by Alley Life

Die-hard fans of the series may notice a few classics missing from the Spotify playlist, including “Vilified” by Evenrude and “Screamer (Nothing to Me)” by Speedealer. The songs don’t appear to be officially available through Spotify at all, which explains their absence from the playlist and suggests that it doesn’t necessarily mean they and the other missing tracks won’t be available in-game.
If you’re like me, Superman by Goldfinger and May 16 by Lagwagon is all you really need to get those warm and fuzzy feelings of nostalgia going but if not, there is still plenty of time for additions to the soundtrack before the game’s official release on September 4 of this year.
