Larian Studios has released the first “major” patch for Baldur’s Gate 3 on PC, after having rolled out a number of hotfixes since launch (including one that put escaping willies back into their cloth prisons).
Patch 1 for the game contains over 1000 fixes and improvements, from fixed quest and dialogue flows to corrected visual bugs and more. There have even been improvements made to the animations for taller characters kissing members of shorter races.
“So what can you expect from this update?,” Larian wrote in a forum post introducing the new update. “Well, we’ve eliminated issues like NPCs who sometimes spot you when they really shouldn’t be able to, floating items like mugs and newspapers that should abide the laws of gravity, and the conclusion to Shadowheart’s romance scene not triggering for some players, among others. With expansive systems come many unknowns, so our support team continues to work with you to relay any issues to us.”
Patch #1 is now live for Baldur's Gate 3, addressing over 1000 bugs, glitches, and blockers.

Presumably, these fixes will be applied to the PS5 version of the game either at launch or shortly after, which is incredibly close to release now at the below dates and times:

Along with release timing, Larian also shared the dates and times that players on PS5 who’ve pre-ordered the game digitally will be able to begin pre-loading it – it’s a big game, so anyone hoping to get stuck in as early as possible should definitely be thinking about pre-loading the game:
