Sony revealed at PlayStation Experience that their original racing franchise, WipEout would be returning to the PlayStation 4. The WipEout Omega Collection brings forward content from WipEout HD, WipEout Fury and WipEout 2048. All three have been remastered in dynamic 4K and HDR, running at a targeted 60 FPS.
There are nine modes available in total with more than 26 tracks:
- Zone, Tournament, Speed Lap, Time Trial, and Single Race from HD
- Zone Battle, Eliminator, and Detonator from Fury
- Career Mode from 2048
