Here’s The Aussie Price For The Limited Edition 500 Million PlayStation 4 Pro

Last night, Sony announced that they were releasing a 2TB translucent PlayStation 4 Pro to celebrate 500 million PlayStation units sold.

Well, we can now confirm that it will cost $699 and will be releasing on August 24th (just two weeks away). Sony hasn’t confirmed which retailers it will be available at, and it’s unclear whether pre-orders will take place, but it’s safe to assume that both EB Games and JB Hi-Fi will get it.

Each PlayStation 4 Pro console feature custom packaging, a translucent dark blue console, a matching DualShock 4 controller, PlayStation Camera, Vertical stand as well as a mono headset. The console will also come with a 2TB hard drive for the first time. Each system will also have a copper plate on the front with its limited edition serial number etched on.

Sony has also confirmed that the DualShock 4 and Gold Wireless Headset in the same colours will be available in on August 24th and October 11th respectively .
