God Of War has just been announced as Game of the Year at The Game Awards 2018 beating out Red Dead Redemption 2, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Spider-Man and Celeste.
It was slightly unexpected, due to the fact that Red Dead Redemption 2 has beaten it in several categories throughout the night.
It’s well deserved for God of War, and we couldn’t be happier for Cory and the team at Sony Santa Monica for what is an absolute fantastic game.
