Bethesda has announced that Doom Eternal has been delayed. The game will now release on March 20th, 2020 (the same day as Animal Crossing for those playing at home).

The Nintendo Switch version of the game has received an even bigger delay and will release sometime after March 20th. A release date hasn’t been revealed.

It’s also been revealed that Invasion Mode, which allows you to enter another player’s game as a demo will release as a free update sometime after launch.

Doom 64 which will release later this year, will be given to those who preorder Doom Eternal for free.
