BBC has released a short documentary showcasing the later stages of Death Stranding development.
It provides a 26 minute inside look at Kojima Productions wrapping things up on the game, but one of the most interesting parts is that Kojima specified that Kojima Productions would make films in the future.
This is interesting as all of Kojima’s games (Death Stranding included) have all had lengthy cut scenes, and people have often made the connection between Kojima and his obvious love film making.
It’s unclear if these films will branch into next IP, or if we’ll see the world of Death Stranding expanded on, but it’s going to be pretty interesting nonetheless.
