Sony has announced that the new PlayStation App is launching later today for iPhone and Android and it brings a bunch of great new features.
Just from a UI point of view, it looks a lot sleeker than the previous app did, messages are thankfully now integrated into the app again and you can create voice and party chats right from your phone with up to 15 people.
In terms of PS5 specific features, you’ll be able to remotely launch games from your phone, manage storage for when you want to download a game when you’re away from your PS5 and sign into your PS5 using the app.

With the Xbox app releasing last week, and now this, it looks like we’re finally getting some useful apps to use with our next-gen consoles.
