We’ve been able to confirm with multiple EB Games stores that they are still taking PS5 pre-orders over the phone until 5PM AEST today (Friday). If you’re in a state that isn’t locked down then you can also go in-store to pre-order. Whilst EB Games weren’t able to take pre-orders over the phone in previous instances, they are now allowing it due to multiple lockdowns happening around the country.
This is the same allocation that went online earlier this week, meaning that EB Games is aiming to fulfil these pre-orders before the end of October. It’s possible that EB Games may decide to close these off before 5PM but as of this moment, your local store should allow you to pre-order over the phone or in store.
