CD Projekt Red has confirmed that Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3’s next-gen upgrades have both been delayed.
Cyberpunk 2077’s free next-gen upgrade will now release in Q1 2022 (Jan-March) and The Witcher 3’s free next-gen upgrade will release in Q2 2022 (April-June).
We still don’t know what the next-gen upgrades will bring, but no doubt it’ll bring a new level of polish to both games.
Personally, I’ve still not spent too much time with The Witcher 3, so I’m super eager to jump in once that lands on next-gen consoles.
