It looks like fans of Ubisoft’s open world racing franchise, The Crew, will have something to look forward to tomorrow with an announcement for the next title in the series being teased.
Over on Twitter, the official account for The Crew has started responding to multiple fan tweets asking for The Crew 3, simply telling them “Tomorrow. 5PM UTC/9AM PST.” and nothing else. That would pan out to 4AM AEDT / 3.30AM ACST / 1AM AWST for Aussies so it’s not exactly a friendly time to set your alarm to if you absolutely must see how car-like all the cars are going to be in the next The Crew game, but it’ll be something to wake up to.
The last we’d heard about this game, it had started life as a DLC for The Crew 2 under the working name “Project Orlando” but was then reportedly spun into a whole new sequel.
Last week, Insider Gaming reported that it had obtained a list of all 11 games in Ubisoft’s FY ’24 schedule, one of which was indeed Project Orlando. Separately, serial Ubisoft leaker Script made the claim that the game will be titled “The Crew Motorfest.”

Whatever the case is and whatever the next The Crew game is called, it looks like we’ll know more as early as tomorrow morning at 4AM.
