Hideo Kojima Is Getting His Own Official Documentary From PlayStation Studios

Connecting Worlds.

PlayStation Studios and Kojima Productions have announced a brand-new documentary set to take viewers into the mind of one of the most iconic and well-known video game creators of all time – Hideo Kojima.

Titled Hideo Kojima: Connecting Worlds, it’ll chronicle Kojima-san’s venture into launching his own studio with Kojima Productions and taking on the challenge of bringing his ambitious vision to life in Death Stranding. The documentary will feature contributions from some other incredible creators and artists like Guillermo del Toro, Nicolas Winding Refn and George Miller, Norman Reedus, Grimes, Chvrches and no doubt a whole lot more.

Hideo Kojima: Connecting Worlds will reportedly run for an hour, is in production at Filmworks with Ben Hilton as producer and Glen Milner directing and filming, and is set to release “soon” with a special screening happening at Tribeca Film Festival this month on the 17th, including an in-person Q&A with Kojima himself.
