As part of a celebration of a year since it launched the new PlayStation Plus Extra/Deluxe tiers, PlayStation has revealed it’s giving fans a chance to win a PS5 console along with a PS VR2 headset.
The competition is global and will be open to Australian residents, with entries opening on Tuesday, June 20th at 8PM and closing on Friday, June 30th at 3:59PM local time. Keen punters will need to head to the PlayStation Plus website during the promotional period and answer a series of five questions about the PlayStation Plus service to go into the draw to win.
At the same time that the giveaway kicks off, a new drop of 27 additions to the PlayStation Plus Extra/Deluxe catalogues will arrive, including games like Far Cry 6, Inscryption, Rogue Legacy 2 and the underrated PS1 classic, Herc’s Adventure.
In the same post on the PlayStation Blog announcing the competition and PS Plus line-up, it was also revealed that a free PlayStation Plus weekend is happening on June 24th-25th, giving all PlayStation owners a chance to play online multiplayer in any game that offers it without the need for a PlayStation Plus subscription.
