Square Enix has just dropped a brand-new update for Final Fantasy XVI, bringing the game to Version 1.03 and adding some highly-requested features following fan feedback stemming back to the game’s prologue demo.
Firstly, a motion blur toggle has finally been implemented that allows players to adjust the strength of the game’s motion blur effect – something that many players complained about being overly strong or uncomfortable – or set it to zero to turn if off entirely.
Two new camera toggles have also been added that prevent the game’s camera from automatically following either Clive’s movements or attacks, and the maximum camera sensitivity has been doubled.
The team has also implemented three new controller layouts, which should hopefully give players who weren’t vibing with the current ones some better options.
Finally, some menu and text issues have been resolved as well as a hashtag added to screenshots and video captures uploaded to Twitter and YouTube.
