PS5 Exclusive Rise Of The Ronin Is Coming To PC

Finally!

Team Ninja has today announced that the previously PS5 exclusive Rise of the Ronin is coming to PC on March 11th.

The PC version will be available on Steam and will include ultra-wide monitor support, 8K resolution, 120FPS and 3D audio support. It will also feature AMD Fidelity FX Super Resolution as well as NVIDIA DLSS which should go a long way to getting more frames than ever on PC.

Those that purchase before April 2nd will also receive a bonus including four combat styles: Hayabusa-ryu for katana, Hayabusa-ryu for naginata, Nioh-ryu for katana, and Aisu Kage-ryu for katana.

We gave Rise of the Ronin a 7/10 in our PS5 review saying: While still an apt Souls-like experience, Rise of the Ronin struggles to find its identity amongst Team Ninja’s catalogue. It feels like it’s being pulled in different directions, and starts to collapse under its own ambition in the third act. In saying this, the DNA of Nioh and Wo Long is palpable here, and I have no doubt that fans of Team Ninja will enjoy this first foray into open world design despite its shortcomings.
